I have a gas range (lg lrg3097st) it's been acting up the past month the oven would simply stop heating midbake - basically after opening door or if i changed the temperature i went with the relatively cheap and easy fixes hoping i had a cheap faulty component i replaced the temperature. The sb display code is an indication that the unit is in sabbath mode.. sabbath mode is typically used on the jewish sabbath and holidays. when the sabbath mode is activated, the oven does not turn off until the sabbath mode is deactivated. in sabbath mode, all function keys except for the clear/off key are inactive.. to cancel the sabbath mode, press and hold the setting button for three seconds.. Repair eoc (electronic oven control) if above limits. check 8-pin connector. check and replace oven temperature sensor if necessary. f3. oven temperature sensor is open (above 3000 ohms) check resistance of oven temperature sensor, check for open wiring between oven temperature sensor and control. f4. oven temperature sensor is shorted (below.
